Mini-Split Installation & Repair in Huntsville, AL
Some rooms never got ductwork, and some rooms outgrew theirs. Ductless mini-splits deliver efficient heating and cooling exactly where you need it, with no duct runs and each zone on its own control. We install and repair them across Huntsville and Madison County.
Where They Fit
The Right Tool for the Stubborn Room
Garages and bonus rooms
Spaces the central system was never sized to reach. A dedicated mini-split conditions the room without stealing capacity from the rest of the house.
Additions and sunrooms
Extending ductwork into an addition is often the most expensive option. A ductless head handles the new space on its own zone.
Older homes without ducts
Many older houses in our area were never built for central air. Mini-splits retrofit cleanly with no major construction and no window units.
Room-by-room control
Each indoor head has its own setting, so the home office can run cool while the rest of the house stays put. No more fighting over one thermostat.
Heating and cooling in one
Modern mini-splits are heat pumps. The same unit that cools in an Alabama summer heats efficiently through our winters.
Shops and workspaces
Detached shops, studios, and small commercial spaces get reliable conditioning without tying into a building-wide system.
Sized Right, Installed Right.
An oversized mini-split short-cycles and an undersized one never catches up, so the work starts before the install: we look at the room, the insulation, the electrical panel, and how the space is used. You get a written quote covering the full scope, and we walk you through the controls when the work is done.

Mini-Split Questions
Do mini-splits heat as well as cool?
Yes. Modern mini-splits are heat pumps: they cool in summer and heat in winter from the same wall unit, and they handle North Alabama winters well.
Single-zone or multi-zone: which do I need?
One room with one comfort problem usually calls for a single-zone system. Several rooms can share one outdoor unit with multiple indoor heads. We look at the space, the electrical panel, and how you actually use the rooms before recommending either.
Do you repair existing mini-splits?
Yes, we repair mini-splits across all major brands, including units we did not install. Common calls include units not heating or cooling, leaking indoor heads, and remote or sensor faults.
What does an installation involve?
A typical install covers mounting the indoor and outdoor units, running the refrigerant lineset and condensate drain, electrical connection, commissioning checks, and a walkthrough of the controls. We quote the full scope in writing before any work starts. See our installation page for how quoting works.
